Taste

Nose - Red berries, stewed strawberries, cinnamon, clove, raisins and sultanas.

Taste - Well rounded with layers of crème brulee, chocolate, and vanilla

Finish - Soft, medium-bodied with dark chocolate and baking spice.

As a special tribute, Bottle No. 1 will be placed in the Harbourview Hotel Owners’ Cabinet—the home of Carnlough Irish Whiskey.

The hotel sits in the heart of Carnlough, a picturesque village on the North Coast of Ireland and once part of the estate of the Marchioness of Londonderry.
